Making easy crafts based on favorite books is a very good way of imbibing the message in the story and doing a pretend play. Role-play and interactive reading of books make them more interesting and kids don’t forget such stories easily.

Recently we were reading a story about an Owl who wishes to marry eagle’s daughter and then with time realizes that he is no match to her.

So to make book reading more interactive, we made a quick 15-Minute Craft PAPER PLATE OWL.

Required:

  • 2 Paper plates
  • Poster colors
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • White paper

The complete coloring and sticking is done by 3-year old with little guidance. Don’t believe me??

Seeee … . told ya !!

So what are you waiting for, get crafty with little one and make some easy cute crafts.
